錳酸鋰專用二氧化錳(LMD)

二氧化錳是錳酸鋰生產的重要原料,控制二氧化錳的形貌以及二氧化錳中的雜質含量對於錳酸鋰的品質和性能至關重要。我司生產的LMD 是在電解方法生產的二氧化錳的基礎上,針對錳酸鋰材料的需要,通過對二氧化錳電解工藝過程以及後處理工藝過程的改進創新,專門為錳酸鋰材料開發的專用二氧化錳原材料。該產品具有良好的類球形形貌,鈉、鉀等雜質離子明顯低於普通的電解二氧化錳,單質鐵等游離金屬含量極低,同時,材料粒度分佈均勻,產品性能穩定,一致性及加工性能好。

Manganese dioxide is one of the most important raw materials in LMO production, and controlling the imputy content and morphology of manganese dioxide is significant to the quality and electrical performance of LMO. Our LMD is improved from EMD in electrolytic process and post-processing in order to meet the needs of LMO materials. With the advantages of sphere morphology , much lower sodium, potassium and free iron content than other EMD, and uniform size distribution, LMD has better consistency and processability.
